That's some good fun, love "perch jerkin". Oh, the fish you caught at the 3 min mark is a Redspotted Sunfish/"Stumpknocker"; very cool looking fish. The Long Ear has turquoise spots. Love your St. Bernard content especially since I live in Kenner now having moved from Arabi after Katrina. Thanks, keep it up.

It really is fuuny how most marsh fishermen do not realize how many bream are in the same water they catch red, bass and flounder in. We were sight casting for reds in Batola a few summers ago, water was gin clear. I could see tons of bream making beds. Didn't have the right tackle for them that day; wish I did though! Thanks for sharing the video.

No better eat in’ fish, whole fried catfish is close but bream (aka bluegill, sunfish, shellcracker, warmouth, redear, brim) win! Cooked whole so you don’t lose all that meat on the backbone. And whoever doesn’t know how good the crunchy tails are must have gotten a bad one!😂
