Canon 5D mark II Lenses Worth Getting

Despite being a ~15 year old camera I am still really loving the 5DII. It has its limitations but if you work to understand them you can still get excellent results.

I love the Canon 40mm 2.8 pancake lens! Nice and compact, and even more sharp than the 50mm 1.8

I bought a mint 70-200 f/4 L IS last month for $375. the images have been great. It has a fluorite element so it was crafted under a mountain by a magical race of dwarfs, I think.

You're correct. One red ring rules them. Mirrors have fallen out of fashion, so they're in the process of redecorating.

Love to see a similar vid for 5D mark IV, but imagine ir might be similar. But I also have a 1DX Mark II, then maybe with better processing speed some other lens might come to mind.

Either the 85mm f1.2L or 135 f2L, but the 85mm f2 is a great deal.

The sigma 50mm f1.4 art is far better than the canon 50mm f1.2L

Hello, Can you help? I have bought my first camera as R50 With 18-45mm kit lens + 50mm f1.8 lens. I didn’t like kit lens much as my iphone 13 pro pictures were better. And I really liked 50mm lens for great portrait. But when i went to London last week I could capture most of the places properly as i was not able to fit both subject and background like London eye or big ben in one frame. I had to move bit far to capture both. Now i have ordered 16mm 2.8 and 28mm 2.8 and I’m travelling to barcelona and rome next week. Can you suggest me which lens carry to capture the iconic places with me and family ? Thanks in advance.

You want the 16mm for the wider angle of view. It also isn't covered by the 18-45mm you already have.

you just need to decide what you will shoot is it portraits or landscapes and architecture if it is architecture you need wide angle for portrait start with 50mm , prime or 85mm

Mate is this how you normally talk you seem to be on a gestering and head movement loop whilst talking. If this is how you normally talk ignore me orherwise just talk like your talking to a mate the weird random gestering is distracting.
