So I spent close to 10 years as a part time powerwasher (along with part time pet sitter and part time real estate office gofer- pro tip, never get those 3 mixed up), and learned a few fun facts. 1) Dirt go everywhere. Especially if you're spraying the lining of a flowerbed and accidentally hit the soil, that water stream will instantly dig a trench and send dirt flying. 2) If you don't stop to push the water off to a drain, a lot of the dirt will end up just settling back down in a slightly different pattern. And 3) if you're cleaning with soap, you actually have to catch the water and run it through filters to keep the detergent and oils and such from running into unfiltered drainage

As someone who worked a job that involved a nightly pool cleaning...pool roombas sound amazing. So the job involves what's basically an enormous vacuum head that you sink down to the bottom of the pool, with a huge stick off to the side so you can steer it. You then have to take a hose from it up to wherever the pool's pump system is, and hook it up to the drainage pump, turn it on and quickly go back out and run it over the bottom of the pool. You're expected to get all the sand-level sediment at the bottom of a pool your standing at the edge of, and you have to work fast because your cleaning tool is also slowly draining the pool. And if you're too slow, you then have to run another hose (that isn't mounted to the enormous vacuum head) to the nearest tap, turn it on, and get within the right 5 minute window of what could be 10 minutes or an hour of just leaving the hose on filling the pool. All this while moving quietly enough to not wake the people sleeping at the motel you're running hoses through. I'm sure some pools have better systems hooked up, this seemed like a very gerry-rigged system. But it's the system we had at the motel I worked. I'd much rather put a robot in, even if it meant I had to dive into the pool in the middle of the night at work to pick it back up when it was done. Honestly, a nice 4am swim would have been quite refreshing at a point in the night where it's very hard to not just doze off because all your stuff to do for the night is done and you're just watching empty security cameras and sitting at the hotel desk in the off chance that maybe just possibly someone was driving all night and needs a place to crash. (Night shift is fine. Night shift hotel clerk positions suck, they are so incredibly boring.)

That was a properly relaxing, podcast-esque stream. Great ambient water noise, too. A far cry from a summer job I had waterblasting barbecues and outdoor furniture. That involved a noisy electrical pressure sprayer, hot water, full-body waterproofs, and a face shield due to harsh chemicals. All at the height of summer. This game's version looks much more appealing. On a random tangent, it's cool to hear Rey Mysterio Jr is still working. For no particular reason, I recently re-watched his 1999(?) victory over Kevin Nash following his infamous un-masking. He was an entertainingly energetic presence in the WCW's heyday.

I suppose this is relevant to the developers more than the players... Watching the viewpoint shaking violently up-and-down was slightly nauseating (probably not to Jane, of course), and I think the view controls could benefit from being slightly more sloppy. Maybe a 30% sized square in the middle where the spray nozzle can move around freely, and only drag the camera and the boudary. Could make for an even more relaxing experience.

Baptizing babies seems like more of a "softwash" service. The devs should work friendly fire into the game, maybe in a "hard mode" where you can injure yourself or your teammate, blast the paint off the buildings, damage the stonework, etc. Really rack up the damages, add some tension to the chill streams. Apologies if that's already in there, I don't have this game yet, but I'm starting to think I need it, lol.
