Mike! I don't know if this post will reach you, but I have to try! The first cars movie was a piece of art and you owe it to yourself to watch it. It is a love letter written to the entire "car culture" of America and its heartfelt writing and setting means that the more you're a part of that world, the more you'll get out of it. And that's saying nothing about the surprisingly well-delivered story of pride, humility, and forgiveness. The second movie... was not. Look, just, whatever you do, don't watch the second movie. Don't even acknowledge its existence if you have any respect for what the first one stood for! Ok, I'll admit that when I said the first one was about the car culture of America, the second may have begun life as an ode to the car culture of the world, but that's where any redeeming element to it DIES! I had a proper rant brewing for this movie, but suffice to say that it fell into that cold abyss of movies trying to make a quick buck off their predecessor's success by featuring a beloved side-character and in the process, ends up selling its soul to lazy writers and marketing gimics. Please, for the love of automobiles... Enjoy the first movie, but don't touch the second!

Eh, Mike, there's a massive difference between fish and fishes. Fish, in its plural, refers to many fish of the same species. Fishes refers to many fish of different species. The same rule applies to Cacti and Cactuses.

Disney is educational! Fish is the plural we're used to since it's the one we use most commonly in every day life. "I think I'll make salmon for the dinner party. How many fish do you think I'll should buy?" "Seven and a pack of hot dogs. That's all Matt's kid will eat right now." But fishes is used to refer to multiple SPECIES of fish. So let's say, for example, you're an ocean biologist and you just spent the afternoon netting fish in the Long Island Sound in order to educate school children and track the health of the ecosystem and your boss asks you "How many fish did you catch today?" You'd respond "Around 200." But if he asked you "How man fishes did you catch today?" You'd respond "Seven!" You still caught around 200 fish, but those 200 fish were from 7 different species. ENGLISH IS SO COOL!!!

If you have multiple of one breed of fish, the plural is fish but if you have multiple breeds of fish (cutthroat & trout etc.) the plural is fishes.
