I'm disappointed that they're not doing the A/B storyline thing in this version of the game. I really hope that, at least, you'll be swapping between characters occasionally (ie: playing both A and B together) rather than ditching Clare altogether. Still, the A/B storyline thing was a good idea - it's a good way to do survival horror where you've got 2 survivors operating independently. I know it was done in part because of technical limitations they no longer suffer from, but I feel it's one of the things from RE2 that was actually worth preserving. (Unlike the fixed camera crap and the tank control aiming.) Also, a city full of raccoons sounds less cute and more terrifying. Survival tip: if you have to get a raccoon out of something, don't corner it and catch it; give it a way to leave and drive it out. A cornered raccoon will destroy you.

It really depends on what you are playing, undead and zombies are in the same zone with names being called.walkers and infected are more specific.

In DnD, it's almost always zombies (and skeletons), with a few special types of undead having other names (the revenant comes to mind, which is a spirit that just hops over to a new dead body when you kill it, and is also pretty tough to start with).

Brad actually has twice as much health as a normal zombie because of his armour. According to the novels (that become less cannon after each game), Brad was know as "Chicken Heart" beforehand because he was easily spooked by scary stories. Jill does mention that they don't totally trust him to hold his nerve.

Jane I watched the car crash from re 2 and I have to politely disagree with you about them dying. Now there are some things to support your conclusion. A 50 mph top speed, a seeming lack of safety belts, multiple collisions, and the age of a car (thanks to the iihs the safety and newness of a car are heavily linked, and older is worse). But the first two collisions are actually a good thing, the slowed the Ford interceptor (the car in the crash) down quite a bit seemingly without compromising the safety cage. Plus, the final collision is the equivalent of being rear ended. Being rear ended is the best kind of collision for the occupants from a safety perspective. Now knowing that the car was doing 50 mph before the collision, and noting the multiple collisions before the final big one, I'd guess they were doing near-as-makes-no-difference the 35mph that the police car was designed to take in an accident. Now they would have been shaken up, and possibly had a case of whiplash, but for the most part it would seem leon and Clair could have walked away from that accident with only minor injuries.

It's been years since I've played, but I believe at the end of the game, when you get your score, it shows the scenario of Claire A, and if you continue with Leon it will say Leon B at the end of his playthrough, which is the canonical way to play. And just yesterday, I looked at the manual for RE1, and Brad was given the nickname "Chickenheart" before the events of the game.
