The Gmod community needs more videos like these. Animation comedy videos are kind of dead in this kind of format. All the big name people who did them are either well.......dead.....or they simply left or had other life things come up that made it hard to animate anymore. We need fresh faces with fresh ideas.

I think the case is that many people are trying but due to KZbin's current algorithm they don't get far. Hell I'm still trying to do it while I'm young and don't need to earn my own money. However while I've been told they're good I rarely get even 100 views. (But that's just me and to be fair my ideas leave a lot to be desired). Jesus Christ I feel like a self promoting bigot...

Gmod Animations are kinda like nintendo platforming in these times. When they came out, Everybody loved them it was a phenomenon that no one predicted. But they can't catch up to other "Comedic" videos that takes little Train of thought and/or effort to make I.e commentary videos and Prank channels. They're seen as an dead art that is outshine by videos that take little to no effort, and Gmod videos take along time to make So it's basically someone punching their own gut in a race. It's like trying to make a business that believes in consumers, but you'll get overshadowed by bigger money sluting companies that don't give a dam about you and your wallet. *cough* Apple *Cough*

I see what you mean. But I'd hardly call pranks a type of art. Gmod animation is just that. Animation. It takes time, effort and dedication. Calling it dead art is like saying films replaced books. They're both still around and probably won't go anywhere, they're just past their golden age. The same can be said for animation in general on KZbin I suppose...
