​@@richardhead-sw2qcthe problem with the B1G is that the schools-other than the Original 10 plus Penn State-don't have much in common, culture wise. If you read around the forums, Nebraska fans aren't happy because they think they fit better with the conference they left, the Big12. The only reason Nebraska is staying in the B1G is the money. At some point in the future the West Coast schools will feel isolated and will want to leave as well. As for the SEC, I think the schools in the current alignment have something in common with one another. Also, it won't be a logistical nightmare to schedule games. Checkout the soccer and volleyball B1G schedules of the West Coast schools😂 Anyway, I hope the SEC stays at 16 for a while. A long while.

Think they will eventually add Clemson, FSU, and Miami. Maybe Duke and UNC, but I hope not. They don't have the capacity to hold SEC games. We happily give the ACC Vanderbilt.

As a Longhorn fan, idk how to feel about all this…we absolutely hate each other, always will, but damn do we have to form a partnership with our “crazy ex” in the Little12 acting all butthurt about us both leaving her for *the popular girl at school* and now SEC acts like we’re just heading to the back of the line…I wish you ill in Dallas this October, but I hate to say Jokelahoma, let’s kick some ass this season and prove to everyone who we truly are!!! 🤘🏼🤨🤘🏼

Lol, you're not going to the back of the line. Everybody respects Oklahoma and Texas. However, those easy win games you once had. Just vanished. You jumped into the deep end, boys. Where you can't sleep on teams like Mississippi St, Kentucky , Ole Miss, and Auburn. The weekend before or after the Tide, Dawgs, or LSU Tigers show up. You may get up for a Tide, Dawgs, and Tigers team. You may win one of those games. But can you do it every Saturday? That's what it takes to be great in the SEC. There's no real easy win.(Unless you got Vanderbilt). So good luck, Oklahoma and Texas. We humbly welcome you to the SEC. We look forward to seeing how you do. Oh yeah, Texas. Here in the SEC. If we find out your team/school is offended easily about something. We're going to do it to nausea. So, buckle up cupcakes. You're going to see a LOT of those horns down. So, toughing up.
