I am an ovarian cancer survivor. Thankfully, mine was caught early in stage 1A. Mashana, I would like to know what stage you were diagnosed in? Anyway my only symptom was a heavy period Which caused my IUD to fall out. I had been for my well woman exam the month before and my doctor completely missed the tumor on my ovary. In order to replace my IUD, I needed a transvaginal ultrasound from a gynecologist. Long story short, my CA 125 came out elevated, I saw the gynecologic oncologist the next day, and was in surgery the day after that. Being diagnosed with ovarian cancer was absolutely terrifying. The pathology came back showing clear cell carcinoma of the ovary. Even though I’d had a complete hysterectomy, I would need six rounds of chemo to make sure all of it was gone. I did all six rounds battling bad allergic reactions. That has been eight years ago and I praise God that I am here! Early detection is huge with ovarian cancer… Ladies, if you were having any symptoms such as very heavy periods, bloating, feeling full very fast… Please get to a gynecologist. Early detection can save your life

I've been having symptoms for like a month.Also had a little bleeding a week ago.The only thing holding me from the hospital is fear.
