Made this today after seeing the thumbnail and video. Sir! All I can say is that you know what you're doing. I used about six medium-sized wings so I made a few slight adjustments with amount of ingredients and cooking time, which I reduced by ten minutes when it was uncovered. I sprayed my baking dish to prevent any sticking. Thank you for sharing this. This can be part of my Thanksgiving!

@@marctouss1862 parboiled rice is sold at any store. It will actually say parboiled rice on the bag. Parboiled rice helps each rice grain stay separate and not stick together and be gummy and gooey. But I actually like my rice gummy in these types of dishes so I use the regular long grain rice. It all taste good.

Sir, I love both your and Resa's videos, please keep them coming. Had to tell you that I made this dish today, when I tell you it was delicious. I typically bake my turkey wings similarly with a gravy, but this one pan meal, oh my. The rice as you stated, was perfect and with my gas stove I did cook for an additional 45 minutes. I made this and it’s good. I added more chili powder. Problem is the extra hour was way too long. Burned the edges of the rice in the pan and meat was a little dry. I think 20 to 30 minutes would have been better. I’m sure all ovens vary so I learned for next time.
