This is a great buff in a way that Wish is actually getting plays than even Snarl. This buff is kinda deserved and maybe the win rates might prove it but time will tell.

The video I've been looking for! Love Wish and Mean Look. I've been playing it with Focus, AW, E Amp with 7 black. Makes Wish's cooldown about 4.5 secs and Mean Look's cooldown about 6.6 secs. Very tanky, supportive and can zone away major threats like Mewtwo.

Umbreon feels like a supporter to me since the nerfs. I would rather have done away with some of his cc then his sustainability. Playing him as a defender doesn't work unless you have an attacker to back you constantly.

As much as I like Mean look + wish umbreon (Was playing it before Snarl/Foulplay nerfs), I think wish buff was unneccessary at best, absurd at worst. It was still actually Incredible before the buff, it just was outclassed by Snarl/foul being so OP, now I think Wish is overpowered.
