Best Battlefield ever made. Without a doubt in my mind. So many maps, so much content, the gunplay was incredible, the game play had an awesome flow and rhythm to it that I loved. Got col 100 rank of course, put 2000+ hours into it. I took this game very seriously at the time, played it competitively. Even though the NA competitive scene was kinda small, it was still a really awesome experience. Constantly doing scrims within the community in 4v4 squad rush, 5v5 conquest small(no vehicles), and 8v8 conquest as well. Sure, medics were the dominant class and both the M16A3 and AEK were the meta guns but there were loads of other guns that you could use and be dominant with. Loved this game. I was definitely a stat whore and I'm not afraid to admit it. If I couldn't maintain close to 4:1 K/D with 20% or better accuracy on my guns, I was upset with myself. I was actually disappointed with BF4 when it released because I loved BF3 too much and didn't like some of the changes DICE made. Not even getting into the disaster the game's launch was with it's netcode issues, getting shot behind walls/cover, etc. BF4 eventually got fixed and became a much better game but it still never topped BF3 for me.

Why is it always like these flanks and stuff are just against noobs? The servers I join, man, you don't stand a chance if you just come little close to where the enemy is concentrated. Especially, when he got the medic who was reviving the two dead players, if you shoot a professional player and he is revived, he would have got me with his pistol in no time.

How nice it would be to see a conquest video from bf4 instead of all these infantry clips in tight places (metro, noshrar, damavand). I want to see jets, helis, tanks, c4 bikes, all of the things that are battlefield. Not just generic one man army infantry clips from one of three maps.

As soon as i see BF3 my eyes are watering, i miss it so much.. Maps,how smooth it was, guns,vehicles, i never loved killing people with knife as much as in that game, 11.5k people got sliced, campaign was very good.. i just loved it. Nothing comparable with it for online gaming,to me at least.

@@centurionpetrus1784 It was on ps3 but servers were almost done already back in 2014 I played for a long time and then were like only few servers with same 2 maps and modes all the time. The only thing i hated about the game was shutting down many official servers in the end with all of those few left rented and then i sold my ps3, switched to 4 and bf4,1,5.. now hoping for something bf3 alike in 2021
