very nice, my biggest 1 day haul was 6000 lbs of bare bright and it paid $18,500 cash i did a warehouse cleanout and all the electrical had to go, man that was a great day.

Great Video, Great Load, Better Money!! And although you wish you held onto it a bit longer, for a better Payday, Hindsight is a wonderful thing that we can look at until the cows come home, BUT we have no idea of what the future brings or holds for us, so don't beat yourself up too much. Fun to watch! The fact that you are dumping the proceeds into a ROTH at your age makes way more difference than any price fluctuations in the materials. By the time you are retirement age you will be very pleased with your efforts. Subscribed.

Being machine driver on site I used to take all the metal to scrap Af ew years ago we were scrapping 30 tons a go and when it was Top price I used to take thousands back to my boss Good buzz

Damn you put some work in and pulling all those Motors apart and the aluminum wire really isn't worth it the strip it machine that you can just throw it through real quick. I'm going to be doing a scrap run this week sometime I got quite a bit of copper and some AC coils oh yeah

I'm sure it's illegal so I'm not going to say I have done this but with insulated I know "a guy" who makes a bonfire and dumps them on a mesh plate and the insulation melts off and turns it into clean copper

I find it hard to believe he got a "bonfire" up to 1984 degrees to melt copper, maybe burn off the insulation but 1984% ???

That's not clean. In fact its filthy. You get more if it's stripped and shiny so is always worth the money to buy a good electric stripper. I splashed out on a AU$900 9 station electric stripper which paid for itself in the first 3 months(havent sold the stripped wire yet as I'm hoarding all copper and brass for a big payday- want at least a tonne of bright shiny so I'll clear AU$10,000.
