This is a great build, was using minigun before but was far too slow (walking) then nerfed infinite bullets on it. Switched to this & it is SO much better & much more fun. Nice one 💯👍👌

This is a good showcase of build diversity. My skill tree looks exactly the same. But the difference I have is i use cold snap, and these 2 fill the same hole for a problem: stopping mobs ftom interupting you. i also use the Cold snap painful cold mod and the blighted turret explosive mod. If I were to switch it up and usue tools of destruction - i might consider swapping out the BT mod for the BT freeze mod. ...if i ever get the chest piece -_- , I feel like 6 scrapnels adds alot of flexibilty for play styles. Only problem i have - that seems to be addressed here with the boom stick is the fact that cold snap doesnt always work on bosses. Constantly lobbing scrapnels often times makes the big elites immune to CC and sometimes brood mothers and crawlers cheat me (crawlers stomping with the right right and insta gibbing me on the left side!? wtf)

This build sounds like fun. My Pyro mate gives us so much damage buffs this build will also shine in coop. I´am so sick of blighted rounds. Did you tested the pain launcher in this setup? I love this skill but I think its a damage lost when you have to buff 3 skills with mods instead of 2.

Finally someone with a build that uses the rocket launcher and not the minigun lol nice build but I do wonder if it can be improved to take it even further.... I'll have to mess with this build for sure👍

To be honest i bought Outriders because of the Technomancer´s Rocketlauncher. Iff my Techno wouldnt have got wiped like 2 or 3 weeks ago i would run with explosions galore as well... and the waiting game for the inventory restoration ramain. Gj by the way. I only have one question which may could advance your build. I saw a youtuber guy who played with the Minigun in combination of the "Deathshield". The shotgun was (like you use it) for the 43% damage buff AND the mod "Perpetuum Mobile" that replenish your magazin iff you kill sometingt with belowe 35% magazin left. The minigun got reloadet BUT can the rocketlauncher as well ? I cant test it right now but i guess it may work as well. For the flying enemys i would (theoretically) choose a Single-shot Sniperrifle with the "Grand Opening" and "Death Chain" Mod, i could imagine that may work fine.

No, the rocket launcher doesn't benefit from any ammo restoration from any mods other than the grim inventor armor set

Like i said, i love explosion-tools and i absolutly want to make it happen to.(Blighted rounds is just cheap and realy gets boring after a short time) But alone by looking at the bonus regulations raised my eyebrow. I mean "20% magazin for Minigun/RPG replenishment once a use" seams not that helpfull tbh. By the way i came up with the idea of replenishing the ammo of the RPG through "Perpetuum Mobile Mod" because "Billsgaming" managed to refill his Minigun with it and i though it may also works with the RPG as well. kzbin.info/www/bejne/mYfbmYOwjLStq80 I mean i could imagine that this is just a bug which only works with the minigun. Because you only need a single mod for 100% replenishment instead a whole set which only refills 20% of your ammo (once a use). Which makes no sense as a Legendarie effect. On the otherhand "blighted rounds" also works with other mod synergies. =/ Nevermind im curious what your build will be and hope you are succeedfull with it.=) gl

The set bonus doesn’t proc enough, I been wearing/hunting this set as soon as I got/saw it. But for me the set bonus does as much damage as the untamed power mod. (Unless the damage report at the end is bugged) this means the three piece set bonus is as effective as a T2 gear mod.

yeah for me its doing even way less than untamed power. i dont have any screenshots to tell you my exact numbers but roughly i would say if i do like 80m with scrapnel iam at like 40-50m untamed and maybe 20m with the setbonus shrapnels. i think even my sandstorm from my gun does more damage over a full run. iam not running tools of destruction but instead iam doing alot of mod dmg with weapon switches inbetween scrapnel cooldowns and melee. are you playing with the 33% radius or without? i was thinking about that radius maybe even screwing with the damage cause the shrapnels shoot out too far so they dont hit often times.

@@IndividuumNot I do not run fine tuned, and noticed that the set bonus only procs if the grenade hits the floor first. Which most times just can’t happen. I feel the bonus should just be reworked into a double explosion, so it can benefit from fine tuned, and I think the damage would be more reliable.

Did you try to use the mod that gives you 30k anomaly power for every minigun kill for 3 sec? I managed to get my anomaly power up to 1.1M. this way the cluster mines deal +800k damage each.

@@gmrjayz Yeah i was messing around with that build but it's almost impossible to run 15 expeditions on gold because you are so slow while using the minigun ...but i just figured out that you can have infinit rockets when u run the cannonball set, you should give that 1 a try.

I like the idea,blow shit up but....for much better dmg use the minigun, with 100%more ammo,50%ammo back on poison kill,and MASSACRE,best anomaly buff skill in the game,get 6 kills with mini then throw all the clusters out.

Yes that is there but massacre was kind of crap when I put this build out which gave u the bonus anomaly for only 3 seconds but now u could use the mini gun if u need

Not really as the blighted turret gives you the extra anomaly power everytime you use it where as the cryo turret won't give you any bonuses

You could use the mod that makes the blighted turret deal freez damage but its not that good because you dont need the CC for this build.

Would work fine as you don't need to rely on any kill shots to get ammo back or anything. Its all skills so you can play this build well in groups as well

Hmmm... I like it but I'm going to go ahead and remove that rocket skill and get twins on the boots for two cryo turrets and put euthanizer on the boots and the cryo explosive mod from borealis chestpiece and the 25% extra damage on frozen targets mod in place of that other rocket damage and other mods then put deathshield fortress and comet or heir to the desert tornado and anemoi moaning winds and that vulnerability explosion from guillotine shotgun then torment and agony moaning winds clip combustion
