When done, TOSS the sponge. I've always wondered about those Beauty Blenders ... that no matter how much you wash them, they might hold on to old product and bacteria. Ewwwww ....

I tried this for weeks and at first liked it but then saw my foundation was patchy around my nose and mouth I tried with and without primer but putting powder on before foundation is a no go for me.

Yes...I have been doing this for manny months...wonderful tip...ESPECIALLY with all this mask stuff now! This tip will keep your makeup on really well.I would use a beauty blender after you put foundation on...then I pouder again.....my mask does not rub foundation off!!

I have very dry skin and I’m 53 years old and have good skin I always get compliments and ppl think I am about 7-10 years younger than i am! I don’t use concealer and just started using eye cream (all TATCHA PRODUCTS) I am having a bit of trouble finding a foundation that covers but not too much bc I have a natural glow but am getting Age spots and need a little more coverage.Any recommendations? Thank you so much ❤️🥰 Have a great day!Melissa Morales

I have been using the slightest amount of powder before my foundation recently. It seriously makes any foundation last longer, and I am oily skinned. Best idea ever.

Wow! This is great! Your video popped up just as I was getting ready to do my makeup! Just tried it and love it! Getting ready to take my face for a road test! Wayne Goss is wonderful! And I have been using your under eye trick you shared a few months ago using the Catrice under eye primer, the LA Girl color corrector, and the Revolution concealer! Melissa, this has been a game changing trio! No more creasing! Sometimes I just use the primer and corrector alone and that is enough. It the corrector I used today to follow along with your video! Thank you so much for sharing! 😊

Hi there, you can use that color corrector on those spots on your face to even out the color before foundation. It will help. I have a similar issue and use Retin A and hydroquinone on them every winter.

@@MrsMelissaM Hope it was helpful. 😉😁❤ Just some friendly advice. I just bought the Dior Forever Matte foundation and their new concealers, sooo lovely! Even better than the Dior Face and Body for under a mask, combined with the CT setting spray it's amazing! No transfer! Best combo of 2020!

You are always a breath of fresh air! I LOVE your tutorials because you're so relatable. I've been battling pneumonia and have not been taking care of myself. My face, which normally looks pretty good on its own, looks pretty bad. This was the perfect thing for me to watch. Thank you!

@@MrsMelissaM well I tried it today , and it looks good. Only I forgot to put concealer on my pours. Tomorrow I will experiment as you said . To see how it works for each one. But it seems to make the foundation spread evenly and flaws covered....cool 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I wrote a comment a minute ago saying that this sure seemed like a lot of layers of stuff, and that I'm getting very used to NOT wearing ANY makeup at all since we've been required to wear masks, however, I do have sun damage on my face, so maybe I will try this at home just to play around and see how it looks...!
