If you want to watch a good,videographer, go to Destination Adventure. It’s not a eating show, its a travel show. Anywhere from Canada to Columbia, in his motorhome or truck camper. He does some fantastic videography and quality 10 out of 10. Just Sayin !

I am mustard and / or mayonnaise. On my pastrami, I like Amercian cheese with mustard toasted. I also like rare roast beef shaved, 1/2 lb and piled high on a ciabbata roll toasted with garlic butter and mayonnaise. These two are my favorites.

Honestly, they need to put those sliders on the menu as 'Joel's pancake pastrami thingy things' 😃 Mustard is an absolute necessity in my house. Your support for it is the only thing excusing your fondness for ketchup. Corned beef. Yes, anything wrong that goes in your airway *should* be forcibly expelled! I've been a respiratory therapist for over 38 years. My first year, I'll never forget suctioning spaghetti out of an ER patient's trachea. They choked and couldn't cough out the long thin noodles and they arrested. We were able to fix it, though.😂

try using grilled marbled Rye bread, Apple wood smoked Log Bologna, all beef's best, fried to a golden brown, and add sharp cheddar cheeze... mix half Cup of Goulden's Brown mustard and stir in 2T. Sriracha. Give it a liberal slather on The bottom bun
