OVER COMER (SALVATION'S PRAYER)

High school basketball coach John Harrison and his team face an uncertain future when their town's largest manufacturing plant shuts down unexpectedly. As hundreds of people move away, John reluctantly agrees to coach cross-country, a sport he doesn't even like. His outlook soon changes when he meets Hannah Scott, an unlikely runner who pushes herself to the limit. Inspired by the words and prayers of a new friend, John starts to train Hannah for the biggest race of her young life.

No where in the Bible does it teach one to pray to be saved. Instead, read and obey Acts 2:36-41.

The prayer itself, does not save anyone.. it is the repentance and faith, the “calling on Jesus” is what saves a person.. Ephesians 2:8-10 says we cannot be saved by good works but by faith on the Lord Jesus.. Romans 10:13 says whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved ❤ God bless us all!

@@berniceanne3543 I agree “good works” does not save anyone. However, one must be immersed. I’m face one has not called on the Lord until he or she has been immersed (Acts 22:16). This video is contrary to God’s will (Eph 5:17). One is not saved by “faith alone” as she says on this video.

This video teaches false doctrine. Not ONE person in the Bible was told to do what she told her to do. In Acts 2:37 , the people ask “what shall we do?” What did the Holy Spirit tell them to do??? 1. Say a prayer 2. Accept Christ and be saved. 3. Faith only 4. Repent and be immersed. Most people teach error on this issue.
