I'm a Muslim White Convert from Christian western Europe, majority of Muslims here are part of our countries we have Muslim in European since so far far past in time where Muslims and Christians lived together. We our self did ask Muslims to come and help us both in second world war fighting with Hitler and even for time back before that even so I first world war we asked or Muslims come help fight for and save our countries then after all this war in time when rebuilding after second world war and time after when we needed people to come help build our cou tries build industries we had many many people we invited ad asked for help to come and work here then then after fellow human beings from among Muslims who had come as workers, it it worked good we of white old Europeans had our self invited them to come and self elected our governments we choose to give permanent residency and citizenship for many of these fellow new European Muslims who had helped us and being part of shaping Europe making countries building and strengthen economy to being good part in what strong continent with the countries that it is today, many sensible of people of more understsnd among Non Muslims are thankfull for the contributions the Muslims we invited /asked for help us when we asked them to come here to our countries.

Abbas, just a word of advice: you should have asked him about whether he believed in objective truth/one truth. And from there asked him: do you agree either there is a God or there isn't a God. And if he agrees both scenarios can't be true at the same time. He has to accept this. Before the discussion can move on.
