here is my quick ass theory it says that mechanic!tommy has claustraphobia and in the start of the vid, we see him closing in on himself and we are shown the TV that communicated with us - Mechanic!Tommy is also seen in this video with almost device? We also see Hypnos stating he could help Mech!Tommy go home. I think that Mech!Tommy is stuck in the TV? or forced to be in the TV to help with communications either for Hypnos - or Mech!tommy is communicating with us this whole time. Hypnos is either using Mech!Tommy to communicate, and using the leverage of him knowing how to free mech!tommy, or its not Hypnos at all? But im sure that the TV has a lot of connection to Mech!tommy
