they have been fixing up otr for yrs and I mean yr but they fix one leave one closed the open up next keep one closed the peanut on the clothes ones then the always stop on Mick micken ware vine is the never keep rebuilding it's not safe at night in otr ther lien I've been down ther u got walk in certain streets becareful ware u go down there ther just to much landmarks but otr has huge rats big as a cat lol I know that building on vine 15 the empthy next to crossroads clinic women got rapen in ther and a baby was found in there and yet they still haven't fix the building yes day time is ok but it's not that safe u see it on the news always ppl geting shit in otr oh by the way my best friend rober a that own the bar on top of vine street corner across from vine school hill got shot in his bar Roberts cafe on vine hill then pepper lounge in vine street bottem hill on right ppl was shot and murderd in ther bars are bad for otr

A friend of mine in 2017 was sitting at home around 9 pm and he heard a knock at the door. Three people rushed him and tied him up and robbed everything from his house. As they were getting ready to leave he tried doing something and they shot him in the head. Home invasion. He paid about 2500 a month to live there. People think it's a cool hip area but it is no way close to "cleaned up". The people committing crimes there don't mess around. It's not safe. Just because some buildings look nice doesn't mean it's safe. My advice to people would be stay out of there. It's absolutely no joke down there..

I'm talking about facts not opinion. Look at the statistics, it's even worse now than 4 years ago when I posted that comment. I'm not saying people shouldn't go down there. It's a free country at least for the moment. I personally won't go down there. You want to go, by all means, go enjoy yourself.
