This is a fantastic guide. I have a 7200 kit which I picked up knowing it's A-die but I didn't have the 6000MT/s settings. And as others have said, Buildzoid's easy timings as well as A-die specific timings didn't work for me. I ran 4 passes of memtest86 to diagnose the kit, it passed. I then dialed in these settings they work well as well as passing 3 cycles of Memtest5 (extreme anta777 - 90 mins) and 60 mins of Y Cruncher. I'm not sure if my 7500F will be able to do the 6200 speed but I will try that later. Thanks. Edit: 6200C28 works also, lowering the voltages slightly and it is unstable. But I'm glad it works. 👍

good tuning guide, you confirm my experience in this stuff and know more than me. my 1% low fps is better in far cry 6 benchmark by 9 fps if i leave tRFC on auto 943 in particular, not sure about the rest of the timings under it as i left them all on auto, and my latency is 61ns or so, very close to your 59ns. but then i should mention OCd my ram to 6400MT with UCLK=MCLK1:1, 2133 infinity fabric, no gear down, no power down, fast boot off, a lot of other miscellaneous settings off like virtualization and secure boot off and the setting needed for windows 11 to even install i turned off(trusted platform module off, since im told these things cause performance issues) and im on windows 24H2 with some windows tweaks as well. i dont feel like checking how much higher i can go on these things for now, like 6600MT etc. im using a 9600X cpu on b650e taichi lite. the taichi lite has an option under the ram's module vendor's expo profiles to choose from "amd's agesa", "competitive" and "aggressive" which seem to manipulate all the sub timings to those respective performance grades to be tighter and i chose Aggressive.

What is it about the Ryzen memory system that makes speeds over 6000 require at lot of voltage? I don't have a Ryzen system yet but to me it is strange that 6200 would require so much voltage when there are plenty of 7000/7200 kits (for Intel) rated using 1.4v/1.45v. My guess is that hitting 6200 is more dependent on SOC voltage not DRAM voltage unless you think keeping your timings tight is what is really requiring the extra voltage.
