This episode is definitely my favorite so far… probably because it spoke to me right when I needed it. Going through a season of extreme anxiety business and money wise, I needed this and have listened over 6 times since released trying to “break this fever/anxiety sweat!” First of the 3 tools is to spend time in nature, to get back in the right vibration/ohms. With the level of anxiety I was at, let me tell you, I was about to leave my home to get a hard 8 hours of sleep on the earth in search of the ohm’s that I desperately needed! Thank you for this blessing of an episode. I’m still going through it, but now moving with much more hope instead of hopelessness. 🙌🏼🙏🙌🏼

Anxiety is fear, fear is a negative feeling, negative energy caused by negative thoughts. Everything negative comes from evil(believers understand this).The easiest way to deal with anxiety on the spot is finding a word or mantra that makes you instantly shift your focus to something that you love, therefore switch your mood. For exemple a gratitude mantra where you thank God for keeping your familly and yourself safe and alive etc. Gratitude is a positive feeling which will replace the negative feeling instantly. "Transform water into wine" . You can also use other words as mantra for exemple: business, money etc what ever you wish the most and makes you happy imagining it. Just repeating the word it will instantly switch your mood and focus and you forget about anxiety. I do this everytime i have any kind of fear/anxiety where i find myself thinking negatively and feeling stress in the stomach. It works every single time, it is a jump. Is changing the vibration directly. Now i use even when i get angry or frustrated of something, i just repeat the word few times to shift my mood and let go of the reason that gave me frustration. It works miracles. I hope this helps.

In South America, Brasil, where I’m from, I used to be bared foot and outside most of the time, now here in Japan, where I live for 14 years, if I do that people think I’m a crazy foreigner. According to your description of the symptoms in 2019 i had a “panic attack” , but back then I didn’t know what happened, so I went back to Brasil and after two weeks all the fear had disappeared. The connection with nature and the sense of community makes Brazilian people the most optimistic, even though the money is sometimes scarce ,we hug each other and talk to random people on the street. Knowledge is power, most of all, knowing your self.. be strong life is good..

I have been listening to you for several weeks and I have decided you have been sent to me by the Holy Spirit. Since my week from hell every prayer I asked to help me understand what do I need to Learn and how to move forward, you answered them. I do want to say I am a 86 year old Catholic Sister (NUN) and not real sure why God has let so many years go by before I found this enlightenment. Sister Therese West.

I can't believe it but your description of what happened to you in the traffic while driving is exactly what happened to me 3 years ago on a main UK motorway. That event still affects me today, I have been looking for help in how I can overcome this anxiety ever since that day and have tried so many things, none of them has eased the fear that I feel. This is the first information I have come across anywhere from someone who has actually gone through the same experience as me. Thank you so much for putting out this video, you have no idea how it will help me going forward. Dean :)

Good convo and tips. It's incredible about how many societies in the world today seem to be set up to cause or trigger anxiety while also providing "cures" for that same anxiety (easy access to alcohol, canni, meds, sex, high caffeine, etc)...and then it just cycles and passes down to the next generation...now it's social media and phone addiction for the new generations it seems. It took me a while to drop the things I was using to cope with my anxiety and learn to manage it. Mindfulness meditation was a big help. The book "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels was a good start for me. I also eliminated most caffeine and started exercising a lot and journaling, those were huge helps also.

I recently found your channel and it really resonates with me except one thing you just said about how to ground. I get to walk barefoot in nature everyday and so do my beautiful animals. But NEVER is eating a murdered animal going to help a human who is designed to be a herbivore get rid of their anxiety. That is such a terrible thing to even mutter those words. Yes I have cows and I love them. I constantly get told to sell them or to be normal and my own father doesn't even help me out by giving me hay. He purposely makes it harder for me to have them because he still thinks that they are just animals without feelings or souls. Believe me we are all animals and our kitties, cows, horses, all of them are connected to source and have a deeper understanding of life than we will ever have. So if any one is reading this do one thing and start eating a more healthy plant based diet. My babies are counting on all of you to make that change. Thankyou

Dear David, I hope you and your family are doing well and staying safe! I started listening to your voice a few weeks ago, and I can't seem to stop. You've become a part of my daily routine. I've never encountered anyone who explains the process of dealing with anxiety, shifting mindsets, or understanding how energy works quite like you do. With you, it all feels so simple and invaluable. I’m not sure I can ever say thank you enough, so my plan is to share at least one of your episodes each week with some of my friends. Patrycja

Thank you for this incredibly important understanding. Totally make sense. If it’s not anxiety, it’s another challenge that will show up. They are meant to be the gifts. Not an illness but a state of body and mind. We can change it by first embracing it as a gift and then let it take to the next level of expansion. Thank you 🙏💖

Thank you so much David. You have a way of clarifiying things in a way that I get it. I am a kind of person who thinks about accomplishment everyday…When I did not accomplish anything…I get anxious. Hi David. This is maybe the 8th episode I’ve heard. You are such a fresh breath of air. I’ve struggled with anxiety and social anxiety since I was 7. I was humiliated by both parents side of the family and my parents emotionally abused me and my oldest brother humiliated, suffocated me with pillows when I wouldn’t do what he wanted me to, and scared me up until I was 15. I never felt safe. I was isolated most of the time as a child. I just wanted to be around people and out of my house and unfortunately as I grew up being social became a fear and I get the worst anxiety. I just want to be free and socialize and enjoy life but that fear always gets to me when I’m out and about. At 33 im learning how to heal.

This literally switched off my "anxiety". Flipped like a pancake. And I felt so good I did something I shouldn't but... I ran out of SSRIs and didn't go back to get more. Almost been a week, no anxiety. I feel stress, tension, fear, excitement, but the reframing clicked so well with me I think it "cured" the last of my mental self-bullying patterns. (That plus coming to terms with the deeper meaning and abilities that come with neurodivergence and embracing it all for its beauty instead of thinking it's a "disorder", a "birth defect", a "failure" to "function normally" etc. when we're just built for a different purpose.)

i dont agree its simply a misinterpretation of your experience. Many people get a gut wrenching anxiety going to a grocery store. Most people dont. Its not like we all feel it but some misinterpret it a s anxiety while others experience the same thing but interpret it differently.
@DavidBayer33 Жыл бұрын
I agree that all stress is a misinterpretation of experience. However many people have anxiety just sitting in their car, their home, for seemingly no reason at all. This is a result of a habit, an accumulation of dissonant energy - and the bodies way of releasing it is anxiety.

This is complete nonsense. Only God can heal true anxiety. Anxiety is fear. Continual fear finishes the heart, the mind and there is no joy in life while living in fear, insecurity, rejection and abuse of all kinds. Look at most children who grew up in an orphanage. Tremendous loss, may it be loved ones in massive tragedies or huge financial losses. Years of continuous trauma flows out of these type of happenings in peoples lives. Think of 9/11's aftermath!! And recently 7th October 2023 in Israel. You know nothing about real anxiety, fear and loss. Do you know how it feels to loose your husband or wife and 4 or 5 children to look after with no money no work and no car? You deffinately did not study with Dr Jordan Peterson.
