And I was studying in The Course recently where it mentions as memories, good or bad, or various triggers come up to simply turn within and hand them over to the Holy Spirit or the Light of Love within and be released. I am immediately returned to my I Am awareness, where I rest in peace. Miraculous.

As a Star Trek fan, I love when you reference DS9 in your lectures. Of course, it gave me the absolute chills when you talked about DS9 the first time in your other video! Actually it was my New Year's resolution to drop my awareness of time from my subconscious mind (and my 3D conditions) so I can experience and live in my end from within.

Love this Tom! I really like how you weave in the Star Trek example, it illuminates the message so clearly. Even though I already understood that linear time is an illusion, I was still under the impression that we had to become like these quantum, time-traveling magicians if we wanted to change our "path" in a significant way which seemed a bit intimidating or complicated to be honest, but now I realize that we're ALREADY doing this by "reliving" memories and events, so why not choose where we "live"?
