Hello! Thank you very much! I don't think it's absolutely necessary to know the origin of a phobia. I am agoraphobic, I have a panic disorder and I have a fear of heights but I don't think it could help me to know where my fears come from. And sometimes it's even impossible to know. My goal is to overcome agoraphobia and panic disorder, but I can totally do it even though I don't know the origin of my phobia.
