@@TheEarthEmbodied I've been through two times that I called spiritual emergencies. I've now come to understand one was a dark night of the soul that turned into a Kundalini rising and the second one was a strong Kundalini rising that spun me out so hard I ended up in the hospital for a week.

I have also found that the higher our spirits reach in this physical embodiment so too does our ability to be exposed to the shadow in proportion. There is peace in our mastery of self in proportion to our ability to stay centered in the full spectrum of what we can experience. 🌟🌟
