Great video! Losing my studio was hard. Dealing with health issues (RA since age 13) has been harder... it has led to burnout. I have been forced to scale back my painting severely... but I persevere. I continue to try to paint, but being disabled, I no longer have the means to replace all of my supplies.

I found that there is a difference in energy of a picture, when someone creates out of aboundance or out of pain. No judgement there. Both can be beautiful. Yours feel like pure aboundance to me. ❤️🙏 As you kindly share from your experience about burnout and selfcare/selflove after creating - I'd like to add from my own experience, if thats alright. With every picture or drawing or song or poem I create, I upgrade myself or I manifest something. And after that, my body needs to catch up with the upgrade. Thats why I need a break. Sometimes shorter, sometimes longer. Thanks for being Art.

I recently had creative block and burnout and discovered if I focussed on something new, it helped me big time. My new thing was starting a art KZbin channel which was a great excuse to get back into making art each week. Your art is amazing and very inspirational!

This is so true. I..maynot be an artist but i love to write and read books. And sometimes when I have to write because I Have to write and have a deadline to meet that just takes the fun and joy out of the process of writing . Which also tends to lead me to not able to complete a writing or something like that.

Wow, I don't know why I found this video, but it is exactly what I'm going through right now. Kind of searching for what I love to do to take care of myself. I am also an artist, but I work a part time job at the same time (21 hours a week). Plus, I have 2 children. Anyways, I find it difficult sometime to jungle with everything that is going on in my life and feeling a little bit out of control. I am trying not to go for perfectionism, but I actually don't really know how... Anyway, I'll keep watching your videos because you are an inspiration and you look so happy that it is contagious.
