My daughter has been dealing with this for 4 yrs, starting 10/20, shortly after her vaccine as well. She manages it with Pepcid & Claritin daily, but it took many Drs and Specialists to find something that works. We test the waters every few months to see if she’ll react without them and still does, but we do have hope that it will eventually go away. Glad you found your remedy! It’s horrible watching someone you care about go through this without being able to help.

*Thank you so much for this video Sir ❤ Extremely Grateful.* It has occurred to me that Sometimes I go out wearing a sweatshirt or thick warm clothes, I weàr them assuming that it's Cold outside but it turns out to be warmer and hotter than I expected, THAT is when after some time I realized I got this piercing itchy sensations all over my upper body waist up, I could not understand it, and it has been happening since years! I thought I was normal because it disappeared after a few minutes once I started sweating. I only got to know about it because of recent flareup and diagnosis of Cholinergic Urticaria ‼ Now I had been into sports since I was a child, into Football and Cricket, and Running 🏃‍♀️ and it has never happened to me before, until my age of 27 until about 5 years ago in 2019-20. So what triggered this 5 years ago? Now, as we know it happens because of excessive Histamine buildup in the body, more than the body can flush out. And clearing the histamine builup is the job of our gut microbiome, or stomach and interstines. Histamine are released by Immune System and guess who is responsible for healthy immune system? It's our *gut microbiome, or stomach and interstines.* So what happened in 2019-20 that triggered this? I was living on a flat in a distant City on a flat with my friends for educational purposes, one day some of my friends along with their other friends brought brought a lot of Alcohol 🍷 , and they couldn't finish it all, and lot of bottles were left and for some reasons they couldn't keep it. So they came to me and started persuading me to have some drinks, now I'm a person who have NEVER had any alcohol before that and had only had FRUIT juice before it, took a sip of alcohol and realized what a dull useless taste it has!! And on top of it, this tasteless think was diluted with water, I wondered why people even drink this think! For someone who have only had fruit juices for its taste. I decided to drink it without adding a drop of water, because I wasn't enjoying it! My friend said you have to drink it for as long as it takes to get high and lose yourself! And the next morning I woke up with Extremely powerful unbearable unbearable pain in my stomach!! My friend said that it was because of alcohol and it's normal and it'll go away! THAT INCIDENT! That is what destroyed my stomach lining, my gut microbiome and my digestion!! It has never been the same again. I started having digestive issues I have never had before. And I think I lost my ability to digest and get rid of histamine because of it. Will have to look into the connections of gut microbiome and stumach lining's to Urticaria - this might be something where it originates ‼ Have you explored this angle?

I have been dealing with chronic hives since 2019 from mold exposure it’s been on going for about 5-6 yrs they would appear and disappear within hrs then reappear again I also noticed that when I’m stressed or my body temperature is hot I break out in hives iam also hypersensitive to chemicals and intolerant to a lot of foods from the exposure of toxins atp I really don’t know what to do my former doctor didn’t think it was serious enough to see an allergist iam frustrated because I shouldn’t have to live like this I also had to change my soap and detergent and that really don’t help iam so lost I was prescribed prednisone and hydrozyzine for the itching but now the hives are appearing in other locations tremendous stress also causes me to break out the stinging and feeling of bugs crawling under the skin is the worst hopefully I can get some answers when I go to urgent care I already take allergy medicine every day or when needed due to chronic allergies and Benadryl doesn’t help because my body is immune to them from taking them for years to help with the itching from hives 😢😢😢😢

Ohh , well I think I have this kind of similar condition where it is the same where my reaction would occur sometimes when my body temperature rises, I would get a few itchy bumps on my skin and then it dissappears after a few minutes, I've been experiencing this for a few months now though and it was until today I became curious about this, but I'm glad I'm not the only one that has experienced this condition 😅

@@moonbeam385ok I know how to end this you have to change your diet and maybe work out atleast 1st a day I know it will burn but guess what we get this everyday at least 1st so the best we can do is save ourselves. Foods to Avoid 1. Spicy or spicy-hot foods 2. Caffeine 3. Citrus fruits/juices 4. Tomatoes/tomato-based products 5. Fermented foods 6. Processed vegan meats 7. Sugary foods/drinks 8. Artificial additives 9. Seed oils (canola, soybean, sunflower) 10. Histamine-rich foods (fermented products) Stay vegan and away from these food work out stay away from juice and sweets and processed your life is on the line stop it now work out atleast once a day this should help

Hi! It is really rare for me to find someone who has the same experience as I do. This disease is truly brutal. I've had this ever since the beginning of the COVID lockdown alongside with digestive symptoms. I have a few questions for you. Did you have reduced sweating output and did you have an elevated serum IgE? Did antihistamines work for you and did you ever get hives? I personally don't have hives but have all the symptoms, which lines up more with poral occlusion theory rather than the sweat allergy theory. And also, about the vaccine, it is true that it is known to cause immune response in a small subset of patients. My sister experienced oral allergy syndrome about a month after the vaccine. Interestingly, these reactions after the vaccine are similar to the crazy immune responses in Long Covid, so I think that is something worth researching.

Hey there. I had to ige changed. Anti histamines didn’t work for me. I didn’t notice a decreased sweat output…it was just extremely painful to get to a sweat point.

But I take anti histamines that suppress it from overall body but then I get rashes on chest. I accepted it as a trade off but now I'll try suana as well

At last, watching my hives inflammation fade day after day until they completely vanished was such a relief, I went with what I pointed out and within the first 10 days or so the urticaria was barely visible! I just go'ogled the latest by Shane Zormander and after 20 days my skin has never been healthier!

I usually get these bumps on my inner upper legs or on my legs and sometimes forearms after a warm shower. I was paranoid thinking bed bugs for my legs although it never was on my feet or on my neck/face and I often wake up real sweaty. I'm naturally more anxious and getting fleas twice in my life I'm super paranoid to bumps. I'm thinking THIS is what I have. Every fall I think bugs but I think it's a milder case of this because my legs are always the sweaters and I'm in that age range. Plus after my very warm showers I get identical bumps that go away in about 30 mins. This is great I'd much rather have a mild case of this then the insects from the pits of hell.

Meeee too I’ve been dealing with this since 2019 and thought it was bed bugs but it wasn’t it wasn’t until 2022 that I found out it was due to mold exposure I have been having chronic skin issues every since The hives normally go away in a few hrs but then come back days later and when I take a shower or my body is overheated hives come back I’m also hypersensitive to chemicals and intolerant to foods that can trigger hives stress is another thing that causes me to break out I was prescribed prednisone and hydroxyzine but not sure if it’s working I feel miserable 😢😢😢😢
