When I was a kid I met tony hawk. I was the only one at my skate park and he gave me the courage to drop in. I was so scared and nervous. Having him next to me and saying just believe and go for it. I did it and it was amazing and now when I look at this video it gives me chills.

That's incredible, guessing it changed your life.

Yes it did the best part was talking to him after and 20 mins later people were everywhere at the skatepark. At the end of the day he gave me his skateboard and I couldn’t believe it. He’s an amazing person

I had that moment with a kid yesterday. I skate inline and he was on a scooter. We were dropping in a 3ft vert and he was looking at the 4ft next to us and I said if you can do the 3 you can do the 4. It's so fun seeing how pumped a kid can be when they try something new the first time

I remember when I used to skate at young age 8-14. At that time tony hawk was in his prime... We all looked up to him and when we jumped we always screamed "I'm Tony Hawk!" Amazing memories!! Also his game on playstation I used to play for the the whole day...

Motorcycles you cannot be afraid because being afraid will get you into trouble the same with skateboarding. My dad does not want me to get a motorcycle because he said you might die, but you cannot live life avoiding danger.

It might sound confusing but I'm happy to have ADHD because i don't have this panic fear while falling or a few moments before so my head stays clear and i won't fall at all maybe. That's why i never injured myself really bad or broke any bones.
