Today Mind is full with the breathing only for a few seconds distracted but almost all the time with the breathing So my mind was filled with joy and happy to fill my mind with wholesome thoughts This meditation is new and I like it I can keep my mind calm and body relaxed throughout the day Allmeditatuons arenewformr without forgetting my Gratitude anspdThankeps to you Bhante🙏👏😀😄🌺

This is my first time meditating, it is very difficult, i managed to do it for around 22 minutes or so, noticed how my back pain that has been bothering me for months now got quiet as i sat down and completely relaxed my body focusing on just my breathing, for me this is something unbelievable right now. I will have to train myself in order to meditate longer and with more quality. I have never bothered reading about buddah and his teachings but i feel i should. I wonder what would regular meditation make of me.

It is harder with back pain. I suggest a comfortable sitting position anywhere you can...perhaps a chair, or against a wall on a cushion. I am flexible, but have never found sitting on the floor works for me for very long. I am a petite female of normal weight my whole life, who suffers with back pain. So, I understand. It is not helping you grow and will stop you from wanting to meditate if it hurts. I hope this helps. Also, your back pain should be addressed with physical therapy, exercise, stretching, and walking. The older you are, the more you have to walk to just maintain the ability to move around. Battery very no hiderences but whatever comes all appearing and disappearing. Not in,y control. no satisfaction pfactipn so not interested in paying attention 🙏🙏😀😄😄🌸
