Today's video is a bit different from my usual content because I'm diving right into the topic at hand. I received a commission for a large-scale project that I was hesitant to accept at first. However, I reminded myself that as an artist, it's normal to feel unsure about new challenges.
In the video, I share my experience working on the project, including my struggles with staying on track with the deadline and filming process. Nonetheless, I persevered and focused on the task at hand. As you'll see, I didn't capture as much footage as I would have liked, but I'm still excited to share my progress with you.
Throughout the video, you'll see me working on the project, cutting thread, and tufting. I also discuss my least favorite part of the process, which is blueing and backing, but I know it's worth it in the end. The final product is incredibly satisfying to see, and I hope you enjoy it as well!
