I deal with a lot of anxiety more than normal lately. I used to do a lot of adventuring used to push myself a lot, but the last two years have been strangely rough for no reason at all I’ve been afraid to do things,but the need for adventure is coming back and every day I push myself. It feels better so good job on going back to face it.

Beautiful tiger muskies . They are a high bred Muskie . They are man made . The only reason I know lol is we have a lake here in New Mexico some one took some gold fish and dumped them in there , creating an echo problem . They just destroyed the lake . No more rainbow trout very few catfish . So our parks and recs dumped them in and now that’s all that’s in there . Still very low numbers of catfish . But they are beautiful . Way to crush the past . Sky’s the limit .

I went backpacking on Isle Royale when I was in highschool and got to see a moose right outside my tent in the morning with a baby moose next to it. As soon as my tent mate started talking it took off to the other side of the little river. We also heard wolves every night and I saw the northern lights for the first time ever . If I want to see bears I just need to hang out in my parents backyard in the springtime. One bear destroyed all my mom's bird feeders and ripped the top off the hot tub in the back porch. That water had to taste nasty

It can be so crippling to be out of your comfort zone and unprepared for what may come. I'm starting a new job and although I'm board certified in what I do, the fear of failure and not meeting expectations is hitting me hard. There is constant dialogue in my head and I'm trying so hard to find some peaceful silence. Conquering fear is so vitally important for personal growth and something it takes small baby steps.

I have anxiety 😬 I use an array of stuff it helps Bath and Body has a hand cream it’s called stress Relief Eucalyptus plus Spearmint I rub it on my arms to be able to start breathing it in then I go for a nasal stick it’s called BoomBoom can be bought at a drug store helps with the air way right away then I use Bath and Body works it’s a aromatic vapor balm I rub that on the entrance of my nostrils and breath it in plus a dap under neath my chin my stress comes from my heart ♥ condition ALL of these put together are really amazing 🤩 I know anxiety 😬 is real it’s NO joke
