I don't think twice about asking for assistance - You find that most people are only too happy to help you out. I also know when someone is needing assistance by their body language and will approach them and ask if they need help. You find that they are so glad and relieved that someone took the time to help them out. I for the best part think at it as reciprocal, so never feel uncomfortable or intimidated about doing it. You get a feel for it though and know who is in genuine need and who you can approach safely. It makes my day when I've made someone's situation a bit easier and left them with a friendly smile and hope that when they see someone in need they pass it on.

Hi Toni & Louise I love listening to you both chatting & laughing together. I'm very anxious everytime my son goes out & I'm watching the clock for him getting home. My anxiety started after I had news of my mother passing away. She was home alone & it may have been several hours that she'd lay on the floor before she was found. The paramedics said there would've been nothing anyone could've done to save her. She lived approx 90 miles from me. I miss her everyday. I have a fear of dying alone. My anxiety is worse & I do think the menopause is contributing to it. Thank you for the warmth & comfort you both bring with your vlogs ❤x

Thank you for sharing this, Sharon. I'm sorry to hear you're going through this. I still don't think there's enough support for the menopause. With the positivity of Toni & Lou, they've helped me to find laughter & appreciate life. It's certainly not easy as, at times, I'm so overwhelmed. Sending you best wishes, stay strong ❤x

I'm the same with driving - Passed my test 30 years ago drove for the first 5 years then stopped - The fear of the craziness of other drivers which I experienced at the beginning and felt intimidated by them made me stop and not get back in a car again..My poor husband drives me around - He does get fed up and bought an automatic for me, hoping it would maybe make it easier for me to tackle again - I was up for it but NOPE couldn't get back behind the wheel..I even booked a few lessons with an instructor but spent my lessons talking and not moving an inch as I was scared out my wits.

You two are a good watch, Toni I don’t know how you keep your face straight talking to Lou , even when she’s serious she’s funny, Toni I didn’t think you were fearful of certain things as you come across very confident , as we age I think we over think things instead of just doing , great to see you both you make a great team, have a fabulous day both ❤x

Toni I am the same as you about flying but last year for the first time I got on a plane and wondered what all the fear was about it was fabulous and its changed my life xx

Toni I'm with you I don't like heights and have never been on a plane, I like to keep my feet on solid ground and have no desire to be adventurous.

Hi Toni and louise 💛 i totally agree with yous about being fearful of things,,I believe its an age thing as I was never like this when younger,,,and did you not get what louise was going on about Toni with the photo of New Yorkers not being bald🤔😮 i thought you were thinking about all the men in the photo where of the same family,,I took it as just a random photo,,,anyway i know what lou's talking about,,and good for yous put down your fears and go for it 💪tc and look forward to next Sunday ❤louise
