You are spot on, this has ruined my life im 54 now and the effects of bullying made my life a nightmare and still has long term effects. Its a totally underrated problem in society that should come with a prison sentence. Because its a life sentence for the victim.

I'm the same ,I'm 38 now it still stays with me I've tried loads of therapies, counselling etc It's still with me I experienced bullying in junior and secondary schools Nothing has worked

@@lporquai9048 i know how you feel,, started when i was only 6 or 7 queuing in line for school guy was twice my size then it went on from there. you survive but ruins your life.

Me neither... I can't finish university because of the trauma from grade 7-9 💔 feel really lost.

I just tried edmr it helping me I did it on a you tube video with. Edmr ball moving left right just try it

My back home bullying you can defeat the bullying person simply, just Telling your elder brother or if you don't have elder brother, your cousin instead.....!!!!. That person would never, never approach your way again....!!!.
