Deandra congrats on your podcast. Rachel is my absolute favorite person in Bach! In my head we are good friends. During the interview it seemed clear that you were to stay away from Brian questions since the recent news, but at the end you referenced her still being with Brian - so this was taped before, it seems. During the interview it was frustrating because rachel mentioned everything but family. Talked about creating and striving and being dedicated and driven in the different areas of life - but there was no mention of being a wife! Sigh. YOU were a wife, and hopefully a mother one day. I hope your focus can change, and that the "creation" that you are passionate about...will be marriage and a bloodline. You will make an awesome mommy and you have so much to give. It will mean much more than hosting the super bowl one day. Rachel, I wish you well - still my fave, and Deandra - much success!

How weird. What are you on about??? 🤔 How are you projecting YOUR aspirations for her “bloodline” onto this complete stranger? So WEIRD! If I didn’t know any better, I’d question if you were her mother. Why did she have to mention family to you? Everyone knows she was married and a wife. This was not about her aspiration for being a mother or the greatest wife. It was about other important things like business, career goals and her life which unfortunately for you went thru one ear and out the other bc you’re focused on her personal life and on projecting your traditional ideas onto complete strangers. She has talked numerous times about wanting to b a mom and trying to have kids in other interviews where she felt it was relevant to touch on. Women do not have to make their personal lives the center of their interviews and or the purpose of their existence. They are multi faceted. Women don’t owe you a child. If Rachel were a male and didn’t talk about “family,” you wouldn’t have bat an eye. How bizarre. 🥴

11:25 I’m glad she mentioned not really sacrificing anything in terms of money or opportunities while going out to do her season bc I recently re-visited an episode betw her and runner up Peter in which she talks about how she feels about a proposal and mentions that she “didn’t sacrifice everything she did to be there to not get proposed to” and it was an instant eye roller for me. I was like giirl..you ain’t sacrificed nothin lol you’re a lawyer and like every other contestant/lead, came onto this show to make the most of whatever opportunities could b made of it, and there’s no problem w that if that’s the risk folks wanna take bc obviously in this matter, if worked out great for Rach since she did what she set out to do which is become a successful media personality! Every one during the show says “I had to sacrifice” blahblahblah and you would think that the 20 something yr olds who were saying this had kids at home and they never do lol it’s just something they say and I’ve always found it insufferably dishonest so hearing Rachel address that honestly, even if after the fact, is validating. She has however had to sacrifice like the said a degree of her physical health and I would say her mental obviously considering the bs she’s been out thru just bc she would call out racism. Every contestant I could see sacrifices a degree of their mental health by coming onto an edited show, but the check and visibility always seems to b worth it so I don’t wanna hear any more leads or contestants use that phrase! Lol bc unless you’re Clayton Echard , you know damn well you’re benefitting from the opportunity and got nothin bigger goin on.

@@SupernaturalLove100 Nope, been married for years and life DON'T end for anyone but it damn sho is supposed to change. It can't be about what ONE person wants!! The needs and feelings of a spouse takes precedence over anything and everyone but GOD, per the bible and the marriage vows. Going on 2 week trips without a spouse and your marriage is struggling, is a recipe for disaster. Maybe he was doing the same, but he's not PUBLICLY going on sblogs telling his business, she's the one who did that. Fame seems to be important to her and that's fine but marriage doesn't fit into a 1 woman show of ambition. AND if you had a man that you were happy with, you would know all of this. No one is trying to make sense of her relationship, I basically commented on the things that were stated in the video. AND that comment remains the same.

She was too busy trying to be this big media personality but ended up losing her contract with extra…after the contract ended she takes a “reset” Europe trip with her girlfriends…I mean as a wife wouldn’t you want to take that trip with your husband…who you barely see anyway? She’s a career focus woman who likes to party and club with her girlfriends on her free time. Nothing wrong with that, but she’s just not made for marriage. She’s not wife material.

I wish Rachel and Brian get back together. He seems a supporting husband to her for a very long time based on what she said. Not sure what happened. Love seeing both of them together. He said he is a family man and she talk about her career. I hope they find the balance (not easy). Love her.
