I live downtown and not a day goes by when I don't stop and watch somebody passed out on the street looking for a rise and and fall of their chest to make sure they are breathing. @@mr.skeleton3190 it's just so tragic that law enforcement has allowed /continues to allow, this "death" drug to flood into our cities, the generally accepted narrative is that nobody can ever defeat a fentanyl addiction permanently, like zero % , in the good old days , I'm guessing that the success rate for beating an actual heroin addiction was maybe 10% , but I don't know for sure just guessing, but at least with heroin addicts they had a chance , this entire fentanyl narrative is gruesome tragic and sad , and to try to answer your question, I'm guessing the relapse rate is 100% , surely addiction services are going to cash in knowing that true success is hopeless or zero %
