This is a rare prototype (pre-production unit) of Siemens ME45. It has:
Blue housing & silver-blue buttons
Polyphonic ringtones via Yamaha Y757B chip (BTW, the melodies are different from K45!)
Thermometer
Altimeter
Barometer
3rd game - pseudo-3D racing with tricks named "Stunt Bike"
Different startup animations from the retail version (taken from SL45)

Wow, really cool and interesting video! It sounds like a regular Yamaha MA-2 equipped phone (in fact it shares many ringtones with other MA-2 contemporary phones). If I remember correcly the final version of the ME45 used monophonic ringtones, am I right?
