What is Panniculectomy surgery? Panniculectomy surgery means to remove the panniculus which is typically what is a medical term for the abdominal wall. What happens is that after massive weight loss or after multiple child births the skin around the abdomen tends to sag and it becomes bigger and bigger and there are many folds which start happening to appear. And any amount of diet and exercise this fold of fat and skin is stubborn it doesn't go away. So such people are good candidates for panniculectomy surgery.
