When trains pass through the city especially the downtown section can you restrict their speed to be reasonable. If the speed is in MPH put it at 30 mph through the city as it is a common thing on the IRL railroads to have speed limits through large populations set at 30 mph

Wish there was a mod where you can operate like a real railroad. All the tracks get fixed; you can couple and uncouple cars and locomotives. Load and unload cars. Etc
