Hi! Thank you for the video. Quick question: How do you feel about splitting the 90k of overheads at the same rate as the proportion of each house's direct cost of total. Ex: House 1 cost 350K total. So we allocate 350k/700k * 90 k = 45k of overheads to House 1. Are there pros and cons of this approach ? Thanks!

Thats the concept i needed to know, but trying to think about bidding for work. How would that work with fee submission if you dont know how many jobs youre going to win this year and you know the approximate yearly expense

What if each project has different timeline? Let’s house 1 took 9 months, House 6 months, and house 3 took 3 months. How do calculate the overhead cost.

.13*150,000 = 19,500. the total will then be 91,000 not 90,000

Correct. Beginning around the 7 minute mark I discuss how the .13 was a rounded number and that I had to force house #3 to be 18,500 to get the end result of $90,000.
