Overhead Door Public Relations Highlights 2022

I had an absolutely terrible experience at the sales office in Cape Cod Massachusetts: My wife had been in contact with the sales person via text, she even had a door picked out and a quote so she sent me to the sales office to look at some samples. Upon arriving I accidentally entered the sales office through the garage, not the front door, and now I’m going to HELL. I was greeted by a stereotypical New England grumpy woman who immediately began to belittle me for my mistake

: “you didn’t see the front door” “Harmless Mistake” - I replied

 "you didn’t see the walkway? 
you didn’t see the sign? you didn’t see the bushes?” she wouldn’t let it go, she belittled me as if I were a child standing before her. Well, Lady, I’m not a child, I am a grown up , with money, and I have the right to go spend it somewhere else and that is exactly what I intend to do.

 She was as cold and bitter as a New England winter (and I should know, I’m from Vermont)

 This woman has no place in customer service.
