You can't really do that, as different formations require different tactics/presses/plays. These tactics/presses etc are going to be different depending on the strengths of each individual player within your team. Also, is he going to want to tell you his club and country formations and tactics?

Position of ur body, direction, and the stick area. Recommended proto bow for easier scouping. U can try to roll the ball slowly towards u, and try to scoup it. Once u get the momentum, u can just scoup it normally like a pro
