In my experience tidepool pupil is crazy in this deck, especially with pip funnel cake and rest in peace. I cut love and one copy of thrive for two pupils, and there have been some games where because of them you can have like 10 amanthuls or a ridiculous amount of funnel cake for hedanis. You outvalue everything, save Reno Warrior because they have boomboss. Not sure if love is the right cut, because second thrive is also bad, but I think 2 pupils is mandatory.

Just cause a deck has a bad match up doesn’t mean it’s bad, but also this deck struggles vs Druid immensely

Played similar deck last month and got to legendary. Totally agree that this deck is suck against warrior and elemental rouge. against War there would be only one way to win is to use Amathun to vanish zilliax and end the game before the bomb destroy your deck. ANW, to save time, I will just concede if he brann before bomb boss or killed his zilliax before i got amathun. Against elemental rouge, 100% loss, he started to bounce his lamp by turn 5 and end the game by turn 8, no heal can match the burn.

you autowin against zilliax because of amanthul, but reno is tough. You basically need to generate a crazy amount of amanthuls and then out value the warrior potentially keeping your hand full to prevent tnt from destroying everything you love
