Get 2 better radiator fans and when you diablo tune it you can make the fans come on when the temp hits 180 degrees that should help with the temps.

If you’re overheating, it could be your thermostat ,water pump or radiator… work your way through all those and definitely bleeding it if that screw is still stripped. I believe you could drain it from your radiator on bottom that’s what I did on mines

Remove that temp sensor let coolant reach that point and air will bleed it self out.

Yo gng I know sum stuff about cars and I got a tip so for the early year charger like yours u hold the Esc/ traction control button for 5 - 10 seconds for it to turn off all the way, I like the content keep going

At night my coolant temps be 188-203 while driving. It does go up to 219 sitting at lights or just idling and goes down back to 217 every time.

If you get a custom 93 PCM/TCM tune with HP tuners the 5.7 gets nastyyyy trust me.

I’m going to look into that ! We going have to do suspension first the cause it makes a lot of noise. Any suggestions ? Or just regular parts should be fine ?

@@DejanOnDUBS Get whatever they offer for the OEM. ITs a sweet ride not a lot of them out there. You gotta get 180 degree thermostat new radiator hoses belts plugs wires. These motors are strong and so is the drive train. Put a cheap diablo tune on it and it will blow your mind. I just bought an 06 srt8 charger with 189k miles I paid $5500 cash. Put another $4500 in it. I am gonna wrap it in detroyer grey like my durango RT. The hood was rough looking like yours becuase its almost 20 yrs old and it definitely wasnt parked in a garage. I had to get new shocks and struts radiator tires belts hoses all that lil stuff. That is an awesome ride bro. Hope you get everything worked out. You can tell that guy that owned it previously didnt do that whip any favors when he owned it. Good luck.
