OVERKILL * IRONBOUND * BASS COVER

A real challenge trying to keep up against Mr. DD Verni and his demonic pick attacks.
OVERKILL will always be on my top 10 bands.
I really suck when slow parts comes up, you see, there is nowhere to hide, the lack of timing and talent shines like a nuclear explosion LOL.
No tabs used on this cover, just my old moldy ears....(yuck)

Playing DD Verni's basslines with your fingers...not something everyone can do...or would even attempt. Great video. Overkill is one of my favorites as well. Wonder if you are into Sacred Reich?

Great bass sound. Perfect klank! Looks like you're using three fingers to pluck with, is that right? I laughed at 3:03 when you had to shake your hand out! I used to play bass in a thrash metal band, and I didn't use a pick either (it never felt comfortable) and I'd shake my hand like that after every song! Overall, I'd say you're a fantastic metal bass player. Good work, sir.

I use Tech21 VTBass DeLuxe on my covers.... You get that "clank" sound We all love.... My strings are not new.

Tech 21 VT BASS DeLuxe. DRIVE 9AM, CHARACTER 3PM, LOW/MID/HIGH 1PM. Then added A slight high boost with a parametric eq on my DAW.
