I wonder what this new enemy could do. I kinda hope this new enemy is a super commander unit where it has all other cops around him have an increased damage input or something like that. Also, I'm really glad Overkill wants to create a story with the Payday Universe. I mean, when the game was released, the entire story drifted off into plan Hoxton's Breakout. And sure the characters are awesome and all, but I think it would be cool if the characters did stuff that mattered. Such as the team helping find Jiro's son, doing a job to help Jacket and Work crush the last of the Russian Mob. Stuff like that. Well, Im excited to see what will happen. Plus, I get to dust off my Mosin Nagat and see how this "Captain Winters" will handle it.

I wanna make sense of the last part in case anyone didn't get it. When he says "It's done" I'm pretty sure he's referring to him giving the Commissioner that bobble head. I think there's a camera in it, and it basically lets Bain keep tabs on the Commissioner, which would explain why we're able to log in as him on the FBI files.
