Those step 22 bags are really next level design the details and engineering are probably worth the price.

Yeah, they're well thought out, and me trying to DIY this kind of thing would cost me WAY more in time and frustration than just buying these. :-)

Harbor Freight sells a good assortment of bags too. I generally use the 12" for most of my stuff. Not as neat as these items, but a fraction of the cost. Thanks! George.

Nice to see the employees actually using their gear like they say. I have the pangolin roll for my wrench kit in my truck. The step 22 products have been rock solid.

I've been considering the pangolin. Worth the $ outlay in your opinion?

@@solosaga5091 it’s a great product. I like it. I wish it was like 30 bucks less but I haven’t had any issues and would probably buy another if I needed one.

Thanks Donald 👍,, Organization is the biggest hurdle for my project. I pack now like I did when I was young backpacker. The very basic basics. Sadly, the bigger the vehicle, the more gear you need. Its an ongoing challenge. I like the Step22 gear also. Thanks for sharing. Cheers 🍻, G.

thank you for putting together unique videos. I am becoming a fan and as a Frontier owner myself, I look forward to all your new videos. The Step 22 tool bag is something that is very unique and I think I will get one soon.

I'm too cheap for most of these storage products, but they give me some ideas. Right now I just have a bin for each need and they slide around the cargo area until I get to camp. It's nice and simple, but I could improve on how I store the stuff that never leaves the vehicle like recovery gear and tools, if for no other reason than to reduce rattles.

Hey Donald! I bought the American Adventure Labs drawer system for my JL earlier this year. Really love it. After checking out options at Flagstaff last year (where I met you!!! 😎) and strongly considering building myself (but, full time RVer with no garage to work in, so...) I checked out Brit and the gang in St George. Building a nice system was going to be expensive. Buying a popular system was going to be expensive. AAL was very competitive and you're right, I really like the thin but sturdy metal construction. Doesn't waste as much of my precious space in the JL. Doesn't rattle. Looks slick. Solid build. A little bit of a pain to install, but I'm sure the others are too. Cheers Thanks for the video!

I'm so tempted by a tool roll like the Step 22, but then there are extra steps to get to what you need, and space is used up by all that material. It's perfect to soothe our OCD though

It's crazy to me that the frontier has had the same platform for 15 years and there is such little aftermarket support. I know with the new model it opens up some possibilities for us but it's another thing we'll have to probably tinker and adjust in order to fit our rigs. Sorry rant over lol
@softroadingthewest2 жыл бұрын
I know...it seems like a dream-come-true for an aftermarket company...design ONE version of a product and have it fit 15 model-year Frontiers and a bunch of XTerra years to boot. I don't get it.
