Just a question, would it been better to just stick the whole sheet and then router it out? I would that have been easier than trying to line up everything later...? Looks awesome though!

Yes, that would have been much easier. On the newer trailers I actually cut them to a template and bond the entire panel together before even building the box.

I used a 1/4in flush cut bit in the router and I got the pannels from a sign shop. They are 3mm aluminum composit, Compbond is the brand.

I have a question about your Maverick Sport XRC. When in 2X4 does the rear diff stay locked? The indicator on the dash shows mine staying locked. I know on Defenders it locks the rear diff when you put it in park and unlocks when it is put in drive. I have a new 2022 model. My buddy has one, we both have about 300 miles on them and his gearbox is out. When I turn sharp right or left the rear diff is making a pretty loud clicking noise. Thanks

It stays locked, there are some models that have turf mode that allows the rear to be unlocked. I have about 6k miles on the sport, recently develpoed a slight clicking in the rear end, my mechanic said its the cv joint starting to wear. Goes away after riding for about 20 minutes.

It is aluminum sign board. I had my local sign shop order it in.

SOrry if you have answered this, was thsi an old Ultility trailer with the short rails areound the sides? Curious if that is the route you went for the frame of the trailer itself.

Yes this one was a small utility trailer. My newest ones I built my own chassis. Way more affordable.
