My biggest concern with these, was how the Rotopax swell in the heat and I wondered if that would cause to spew fuel from the vent cap. Looks good to go.

When you drilled the hole did you have to worry about shavings from the gas can going into the gas can? Or does all the shavings stay on the outside?

For me the plastic shavings stayed on the outside. But just make sure the tank is dry and if you get any on the inside you can shake them out.
