Wow, I am kind of glad that Clementine gets a redemption arc in both Overlord video games; in this one and the Mass for the Dead, because even though she was the "bad guy" in the anime and manga she was a cool character with potential and it was sad to see her killed just after she was introduced.

i dunno... seems like sasuga sama wasted too much assets on clementine's experiment... for shallow arrogant psycho like clementine he only needs a few rooms for this kind of torture experiment. unless sasuga sama has acquired the ability to create lots of pocket dimensions cheaply. then he can do whatever.

well, ainz did say at the beginning that the whole thing is just a little experiment... its still to overpriced tho. as a salesman, ainz would be ashamed at the pricing. while his npcs would demand players to fork over their entire savings and their souls for the game.

I played the game tough I didn't found all memories. Honestly, the parkour is really a lot harder than the enemies. Like, it took me around 37 minutes to get the hidden sword in the ice castle, my hands were hurting and Ainz, the final boss took me like 4 seconds to beat? And maybe that's because I took every bonus on the way but Clementine has so much HP she can literally walk on fire and poison with barely any problem😂. We don't actually see her power in the anime but I didn't expect to be that strong.

I completed it and got the true ending (had to use a walkthrough). It's a game that doesn't do anything extremely well or extremely wrong either. Not a huge challenge on normal difficulty except for some complicated memory pieces. If you like Overlord and Metroidvania style games you will like it. I recommend to get it when it's on sale since it's kinda short.

@@carmiloparrilla3585 i dunno. sasuga sama and his npc could just mess around randomly on their copies' power level to mess up clementine for their lulzy enjoyment. its like typical shonen anime endless power level race. we realistically can't gauge their power levels because they're all just imaginary powers for fun. best not to think too hard about it. arguments about power levels in vs battles never ends.

if the mc is enri/nfirea it would be more interesting, because they're ainz's vassal. which would make their game some kind of town simulator that feels more in tune with the overlord series' theme about being representative subordinate for an op ruler.

@@raychii7361 whether its nazarick eehvul npcs or new worlders' naive or cruel npcs, overlord's side characters often steal the spotlight too much from the mc satoru. many of them died too quickly or don't get much screen time due to the show having too many side characters. which make the series' kinda disappointing in its middle stage currently.

I can't get to the lightning lock there, it's too high to sprint jump and grab it, and it doesn't react to any of my magic. I can't cut the chain, either, with the long range weapons.
