One thing I’ve noticed is that players always seem to be summoned to places inhabited by other members of their respective race. The six great gods appeared near other humans and the Minotaur sage presumably arrived near other Minotaurs if he founded a kingdom for them during his life. Ainz also arrived in the new world near the other undead spawning on the Katze plains.

The wild magic the dragon emperor used to summon them is still active, does that mean all beings that die add to the power/fuel that brought ainz to the new world so the more people that live and die the sooner more players come, so could be 100 years before more players come?

Great video and I agree. I think players were brought over based off the strength of the player and their proximity to a world item. Eins is a 100 level player but his guild had the most world items. Hence why they are showing up the latest.

in D&D 3 & 3.5 there is a concept called epic magic. when you develop a spell, to make some spells easier to cast you can have different kinds of negatives to the spell. the powerful wild magic spells probably did something like this so they had enough ability to make the spell work. or it acted like a wish spell acts, when you ask for too much it might not work or works weirdly.

even in 5e wild magic is a lot of fun. some wild magic sorcerers die at low level because they EXPLODE. even killing those nearby! Or turn blue. or say you're a 20 year old human or half-elf wild magic sorcerer and suddenly you wild magic surge and find yourself now a child in oversized clothes- and it's often permanent (reversing is difficult)

I was thinking the same thing that all the things brought from Yggdrasil to the new world were brought there at the point of its shut down but arrived in the New World at different points in time. So its possible there will be more players, NPCs, and items arriving in the New World in the future from Ainz's perspective, but from their perspective the server will have just then shut down.

It's almost as if the dragons sorted the world items and whatever comes with it by file size and then it's been slowly uploading to the new world via a dial-up connection. I could see that being the end game where in 100 years from now a new body / rival shows up who happened to have more items because more people were able to stay in the game. I believe Nazareth had an obscene amount of world class items compared to everyone else because they super limited supply. But that doesn't mean the next group of world items to transport over can also bring along a larger amount of people or embassies or items. And I think a time skip after defeating the theocracy or even the dragons if they come into conflict, the next step up would have to be more players and their empathies and their stash of items. Which would track very well with power progression. Since as we theorize that the current cap level for humans is currently stuck at level 30 with very few crossing over it, it seems that within a generation or two they might get the level cap raised. It wouldn't be too far for stretch to also apply a similar leveling cap to other species but they're set differently per species. So elves will be naturally stronger and have a higher level cap but the level cap still hasn't reached 100. And it seems like it'll take a century or so before anything but a dragon could reach a level 100 let alone have a society set up to train and support multiple level 100 characters. So am I head it makes sense that we get a time skip to the next group of players. Especially since I believe the guild has dropped to maybe top 100 possibly top 50 with only eins being the only player out there grinding away and spending his paycheck to maintain costs. We have already been to used with one epic multi-gilled raid war, and I want to see one actually happen. None of this flashback okay there's not enough information I need more for one grand epic battle and have everyone get slaughtered through cuz we don't know what happens with rubedo with a victim self sacrifice debuff combo.

My theory is the dragon lords spell works like data download or data transfer. The bigger the file, the longer it takes. That's why the greed kings could be summoned faster because they didn't have that much stuff. While ainz guild took literally the max time possible because it was so huge and packed with items. This would also explain why Ainz got transfered so early to the new world on the novela. Since the spell has Always transfered a living being and the stuff that surrounds him. When he left nazzerick for the fireworks the download finished early since it didn't need to move so much stuff anymore. I truly belive that the dragon lords spell has to be targeted at a person and depending how much stuff has to be moved, depends the transfer time. Thats why even after the dragon lords died the download still finished.

One other thought for the duplication of Ainz is with game servers it's highly likely some form of backup system is in place. So wouldn't be that big of a stretch to think one such backup that was utilized as a test before implementing the big plan

I hope in the upcoming chapters of Overlord it's shown that Ainz uses the WCI-Avarice & STS-Wish to wish for these abilities for all all denizens of Nazarik, Summons & Creation:- (1) Ability to master Martial-Arts, Tier-Magic & techniques of the New World. (2) Get new job-Skills or classes through efforts (3) Improve the job-classes & Skills through Efforts. This allowed all the denizens of Nazarik to improve learn new Skills, Techniques & Spells to become the strongest beings at their levels. For example, Death-Knight & Warriors created by Ainz were able to Master some basic Martial Arts such as:- (1) Field (2) Possibility Sense (3) Fortress (4) Severing Blade (5) Sense Weakness (6) Shield Bash These would make Death-Knight further dangerous as a Soldiers. Ainz must discover that he can pass or gain both information & Experience from the Undead created by him. For example, if Ainz learns a martial arts or Tier-magic he can Share it with his Undead as per his choice. Similarly, Ainz can get info & exp from Undead about any new technique to further share it with other Undead. This hive mind allowed Ainz & Nazarik to greatly improve his abilities. Ainz must also the combo of WCI-Avarice & STS-Wish to wish for these abilities without any repercussions:- (1) Copy, Steal, Improve & Bestow Talents of the NW (2) Increase his level (3) Convert Dark magic into Holy-Magic & vice-versa (4) Increase all his stats (except Mana) to 100 (5) Increase his Mana-Stat to 1000 (6) Use Wild-Magic (7) Increase the stats & impart knowledge to NPCs & begins of NW (8) A Living Humanoid form (9) Increase his XP capacity by 10-times to perform STS at 40-times/day (10) Perform STS without any need for cooling-off period The above changes must allow Ainz to become a Lvl-120 being just due to his Stats & Abilities. Ainz must get different talents to copy/steal them like Magic Talent, Magic Item Affinity, Wild Magic talent, All Seeing Eye etc. Ainz must do increase the levels of these NPCs:- (1) Yuri, Pestonya, Chief-Blacksmith & Nigredo => Lvl-100 (2) Lupusregina, Solution, Naberal => Lvl-90 (3) Solution & Entoma => Lvl-80 (4) Homunculus Maids => Lvl-30 Ainz must do theee changes to:- (1) Nigredo => Gave her a normal face, ended her stress/trauma & gave her a karma of +100. (2) Pestonya => Gave her an additional human face & Holy Caster job class (3) Naberal, Aura & Mare => Karma of 0 to insure that they can easily adjust in the NW Ainz also increase the HP of all the floor guardians to 100. Ainz must have done these changes to insure that above NPCs can easily work in the New-World & remain safe. But unknown to Ainz, these changes led to him becoming a Co-Creator of all the NPCs & this boosted their feelings for him to those they had for their creators. Ainz bestows these abilities to Pandora's Actor & Chief Blacksmith :- (1) Wild-Magic (2) Perform 1 STS/day Ainz must have done this for both Pandora's Actor & Chief Blacksmith to use a combo of:- (1) Runecraft & STS +Prismatic Ores => God-Tier Items (2) Runecraft & Wild-Magic +Prismatic Ores => WCIs Sometimes, Ainz must take his Humanoid form to feel & enjoy the NW. This allowed him to introspect on many things. Ainz recognizes that Renner us a great help to Albedo but also feels that there isn't adequate protection to her as a Guardian & Kingdom's PM. To resolve this issue, Ainz must permanently summon these begins for Albedo,:- (a) 10 Cherbium Gatekeepers => Lvl-80 (b) 15 Hanzos => Lvl-80 (c) 5 Overlord Wiseman => Lvl-80 (e) 2 Overlord Chronus Master => Lvl-80 (d) 3 Sccubus => Lvl-80 with Job-class High Pristess, Druid & Bards This gesture of Ainz's made Albedo really happy & this level of Military power made her faction the strongest in Nazarik. Ainz must also Summon 10 Origin (Lvl-80) Vampires for Shalltear.

maybe you can see wild magic vs tier magic like in forgotten realms. wild magic might be a more raw & direct form of magic while tier magic is like the weave which is what casters use to interact with raw magic. so now with tier magic introduced it created new kinds of laws while suppressing the wild magic. I mean it's kind of in the name "wild magic", it seems more chaotic than lawful.

The dragon lords created the game as a way to create more treasure but they needed people to farm it then a rival dragon lord screwed up the treasure transfer spell at the last minute pulling players souls and avatars with the world items the orb on ainz likely is a lich phlactery containing his soul

His "wife" is the very planet the story is set on- which does not make sense according to modern science, but DOES SO according to classic mythology. In short, the Dragon Emperor is likely dead, but his "wife" (the New World itself) is still alive.

Edit: ah also, how much funds does Ainz have to resurrect his NPCs and how many times, he doesnt have unlimited gold and there is also the question if the type of gold from the new world will be able to create the same effect.
