Hi Da! Firstly, congratulations are in due! As someone who has gone from 2:28 half to 1:46 half in 6 months, here is some runners knack that might help! 2 weeks before your race, stop with the speed workout and completely shift your focus to Zone 2 running. You know how zone 2 helps in general but leading to a race it is basically putting on your aerobic capacity at its peak. On the longer runs try to stay within zone 2 for at least the first kilometre. Then start negative splitting by 2-3 seconds. What this does is it helps you to eventually build your efforts since you can see your last splits on coros and then say you're running 25. Try to set in a tempo by the 5th km and maintain it till the 20th. For the last 5, again step foot on the gas based on how much you have in the tank. Hope that helps!

A fabulous timing compared to your last half marathon. I will be doing my first half marathon at tata Mumbai next month. Wanted to know if you were drinking fluids at every water station or was every 3-4 kms, did you eat banana or any solid food along the route?

Thank you so much and all the best for your HM . The hydration depends from person to person I didn’t plan my water and electrolytes hydration but I planned out my running gels timing. Just follow the hydration strategy what you do on your training runs, no big experiments on the main race day is what I have learned. I did not consume any solid food during the race just pre race.
